The total average evapotranspiration of Superior Red apple in Plovdiv conditions, in Bulgaria is 492 mm, in a loam soil, maintaining a level of soil moisture above 70% of field capacity during the growing season cultivation, obtaining this level of humidity higher yields.

The average daily evapotranspiration is 1 mm / day for the month of March; 1.9 mm / day in April; 2.2 mm / day in May; 2.7 mm / day for the period from June to July; 3.2 mm / day in August; 1.9 mm / day in September and 1.3 mm / day in October.
